The Story Begins from a party at the Reisner Institute. An invisible force drags a scientist named Dylan into a nearby bathroom/Washroom, and viciously throws Dylan around for information for fetch the information about a serum formula. To save himself, Dylan mentions another scientist named, “Maggie Dalton”. Doctor said, she is the one who know how to make the Serum”. After gathering all the information, Invisible man left the Bathroom by warning him, not to tell anyone he was there. As soon as invisible man leaves (Just pretends to leave), Dr. Dylan try to call someone on his cell phone, but the invisible man smashes the phone and slashes doctor throat.
The USA detective arrive to the Crime scene and proceed to collect the evidence, but the laboratory’s military supervisor, Colonel Gavin emphasis that it’s an internal military case and the police/detective have no authority. After this incident it was sure Dr. Maggie Dalton is no safer and can be attacked by invisible men. So, the lab owner Dr. William Reisner appoint, Frank Turner and his partner Detective Lisa Martinez, a responsibility to protect Dr. Maggie.
One Day when Frank & her partner guard outside Maggie’s house. To let the cat in, Lisa opens the door and that enable to let the invisible Men get in the house. When he reaches the study room where Maggie was working, Lisa follow his presence and he kills her with a lamp. Suddenly US military start attacking invisible man with the help of thermal goggles and Guns. In the meantime, When Turner get to know, Bishop used him as temptation, But anyhow Invisible man manage to run and pursuit to Turner and Maggie. Turner use his brain and invisible man get injured by car.
Turner decide to takes Maggie to Police Protective custody, where Turner Superior has received orders to have Maggie transferred to military custody. But Turner help Maggie to escape from police station. Bishop and Reisner knows that if Maggie talks to Turner, their careers would finish.
And so on happens, Maggie tells Turner that this starts five years ago, a team of scientists figured out a formula which enables the human body invisible, but something went wrong result in 2 survivors and one dies. Again after a year, the Reisner Institute restarted the experiments as covertly to create a perfect soldier. Finally the Serum makes the humans invisible. But it also has adverse effect and the serum cause physical and mental degradation, directly it kills the person. And Invisible man needs the Antidote to save himself from Radiation before his die.
In mean while Maggie receivers a message from a man named Ludlow, who has been the second survivor from experiment. He tells Maggie and Turner that, the program was not motivated to make an invisible soldier. They were creation some who will used as a weapon to kill the political enemies. The Invisible man (Griffin) infiltrate in Bishop’s office and get into fight. Griffin poach the Pen in Bishop’s eye which he try to use in his defense. After getting the location of Turner, Griffin attract to kill Turner. But Ludlow intervenes and have his life.

To get the Buffer Griffin capture Dr. Maggie’s sister and ask for buffer or else he would kill her sister. So, Dr. Maggi come up with the Buffer and Griffin take her away with him. Turner try to chase them, but he just got the buffer. In meanwhile, Turner use the Serum on himself to skipping the Reisner’s military and Police. Reisner try to chase Turner, and get hit by a truck.
Other side, Griffin takes Maggie to her old laboratory to create make the buffer for him. Griffin forces her to inject half-half dose together. After that Griffin ties to kill Maggie but Turner Intercept, and fight between Griffin and Turner began. When Griffin turns Visual Maggie responded “She has added rat poison in Serum”. This interaction gives enough time Turner to get recover, and kill. Turner Kill him with his shovel. Griffin dead body collected by police. And Dr. Maggie hospitalized. Heather (her sis) tells her Turner has not been found. Maggie replies, “He will surly come back, he has to”.
